My Mason...I do think he's a genius :)
He sat and played with his puzzles for a solid 30 minutes this morning...which I think is an amazing feat for a 17 month old.
Putting them together, turning the pieces this way and that until they fit, taking them apart, and starting all over.
I gave him a new one today (I'm horrible at making him wait for Christmas to open presents) and he had it down after I helped him with it one time.
A genius I tell you!!


Whenever he got a piece to fit he would smile and clap for himself!!

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. One last getaway before our kids headed back to school and this one couldn't have been more perfect!  I highly recommend seeing these amazing Falls at least once in your lifetime!  We did all things tourist-y and I wanted to share some of our favorites if you're ever looking to take a trip North. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
