Watch out...I'm on a new health kick around here! The adults in this house don't eat near enough fruits and veggies and I've decided that it ends today! So while perusing Pinterest (I LOVE PINTEREST!!) I came across some great recipes for morning smoothies that'll jump start your metabolism and give you a huge dose of your daily fruit and veggie needs! Basically, you mix any fruits with a leafy green veggie, throw in some yogurt (for extra protein and calcium) add a little water and voila we have ourselves a great little breakfast :) Here was this mornings combo... And Mason and Jaiden had a sippy cup full this morning too! I wasn't sure if Jaiden would try it since it was pretty green but she loved it, and Mason sucked his down in 3 seconds flat. Tomorrows smoothie will have spinach, pears, bananas, and blueberries! I can't wait!! Oh and click here! if you want some great recipe ideas :)
