Future Best Buds!! Mason, Tiernan, and Marcus Mason's bangs looking a bit uneven?!?! For those that don't follow me on Instagram, that would be courtesy of Miss Jaidie Rose! She decided they both needed a little trim while under the "watchful" eye of Mammaw... And with family pics with baby brother coming up in less than 2 weeks, the timing couldn't be any more perfect...  :/

Danville Farmer's Market! Where I get all those fresh Indiana tomatoes I've been craving...  And Mason gets a few treats as well. You can't beat a cupcake with an oreo baked into the bottom :) I love his new shoes ;) Can you tell I'm ready for fall?!?!

Our little Jaidie Rose on her 1st day of Kindergarten! She's going to Clarks Creek Elementary in Plainfield, and her teacher, Mrs. Love, seems to be very sweet :) Autumn and Jaidie Friends for years at Denise's and now in the same class :) I have no clue what he's looking at here, but doesn't this face crack you up!! Riding the school bus ;) I guess I didn't explain it well enough to Mason, but he thought he was going to school today too... Poor little guy was very upset when he didn't get to go with the girls.

Pappaw does Pinterest I've been wanting to get Mason a table for him to do his little activities on, eat at, and play on for awhile now. He's starting to outgrow his high-chair and soon he will have a baby brother needing it anyways! I found the perfect one over at Pottery Barn... BUT the price tage was outrageous ($200), here it is: No way was I paying that... I started searching for some ideas on Pinterest and then put my Dad to work! He set out to make Mason our own little version: He spent about $30 on wood, paint, and supplies and I found the perfect chairs and baskets (on Clearance!) at Target for super cheap!! Here is our final product: What do ya think?!?!? I think it turned out beautifully, and Mason loves it too! Even better it was handmade by my Dad and we'll have it forever :)

There is NOTHING that Mason loves more in this world than tools. Especially Pappaw's tools. And let me tell you, he was in heaven helping Pappaw with his Flip House :)   And he does know the difference between his tools and Pappaw's tools. We watch him very closely with them and he typically follows all the rules that go along with playing with "real" tools :)     We finished the day practing with Mason's new potty chair. He's super excited to use it but we are in the very early stages of potty training.   5 minutes after I took this, he pooped on the floor ;/ So we have a little work to do!!
