There is NOTHING that Mason loves more in this world than tools.
Especially Pappaw's tools.
And let me tell you, he was in heaven helping Pappaw with his Flip House :)
 And he does know the difference between his tools and Pappaw's tools.
We watch him very closely with them and he typically follows all the rules that go along with playing with "real" tools :)

 

 
We finished the day practing with Mason's new potty chair.
He's super excited to use it but we are in the very early stages of potty training. 

5 minutes after I took this,
he pooped on the floor ;/
So we have a little work to do!!

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
