Our short lived, one day of "camping"
It was rainy and cold in Nashville and warm and sunny at home, so we came home to be in the sunshine...
we'll try the camping thing another time :)
 
But the kids did get to enjoy a round of s'mores!








 


 See his necklace?!?
It's a Baltic amber teething necklace.
An all natural stone that is supposed to ease the pain of teething.
Josh wasn't a fan, but he stepped aside and let me put a necklace on the baby.
He wore it for about a week until he was called a "she" at dinner one evening.
(Let me just say he was dressed in this outfit, and looked nothing like a "she"...)
Daddy couldn't handle it and put his foot down,
we've had to take the necklace off :/
So goodbye sweet little necklace, I'll still sneak you on every chance I get ;)

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. One last getaway before our kids headed back to school and this one couldn't have been more perfect!  I highly recommend seeing these amazing Falls at least once in your lifetime!  We did all things tourist-y and I wanted to share some of our favorites if you're ever looking to take a trip North. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
