A journey to the library.
We've got to do this more often.
Mason loved it,
and it was quiet enough that Vince slept through the entire trip.
Check that off as a successful outing any day of the week!













Then we were off to see Marcus!
 Best buds stealing sips of my coke when they thought we weren't looking.
These boys are mischievous together...
the teenage years are going to be rough.


I think I know Mason would move in with the Bolton's if he could.
This is the only place we go where I have to leave with him kicking and screaming and crying for the first 5 minutes of the ride home.
He hides from me when he knows it's time to leave.


He's always very interested in our plans each day and every morning we go over what we're going to do.
He has gotten into the routine of asking if I'm going to stay with him wherever we plan on going.
 
He always wants me to stay with him.
Always....
until today.
When I told him I would stay with him when we went to see Marcus,
he told me he wanted me to leave him there....
and to take the baby with me.
 
Only 2 years old and he's ready to desert his Mama :/

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. One last getaway before our kids headed back to school and this one couldn't have been more perfect!  I highly recommend seeing these amazing Falls at least once in your lifetime!  We did all things tourist-y and I wanted to share some of our favorites if you're ever looking to take a trip North. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
