 He seeks danger and thinks he is invincible, stubborn as anything, and believes he knows better than anyone.
This is my Mason.
A pretty perfect combo of his Mom and Dad, which is both good and bad!


She's sweet as pie and knows I mean business with just a look.
She's a huge help both at home and with the kids, and is a nurturer through and through.
She's our Jaidie!








 He knows when I mean No, but he also knows he can flash this exact smile at me to get anything he wants.
He's spoiled rotten and the baby of the family.
He loves to watch superhero movies, and I love to hear his squeals of "yesssss" and "get him" when the good guy wins the battle.  Even if he's watched it 100 times, he's always excited for the outcome!

Started a little rough, and he was exhausted that first week, but we're A-ok now!!
Last night, he actually asked if I would wake him up with enough time to shower and do his hair in the morning.  With Daddy's hair gel.
I think he's growing up on me :(

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. One last getaway before our kids headed back to school and this one couldn't have been more perfect!  I highly recommend seeing these amazing Falls at least once in your lifetime!  We did all things tourist-y and I wanted to share some of our favorites if you're ever looking to take a trip North. Our girls + kids weekend getaway, plus all the deets: Also, girls trips are awesome - we had soo much fun! Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
