Our Family Vacation to Destin, FL....the day has finally arrived!!!
And....I think we maybe made it to Edinburgh before we heard a
"Are we there yet"
out of this little girl!!
Are we crazy for driving 13 hours with a 5 year old and 22 month old???

| The rental van came equipped with a DVD player and headphones (Thank Goodness!!) and Mason developed a new love for The Lion King movie. Now, whenever he sees a forest he starts yelling for the Lion King to come out :) |

| He thought the beach was a giant sand box and was in heaven. He refers to it as his "box box" Several times I witnessed him bear crawling through the sand to get to the ocean. |

| And Reanne had to put him to sleep in the pool a couple times! During this trip, Mason decided Reannie was entirely too hard to say so he just started calling her Mama... I think it has stuck because he's still calling her that! |

We let the kids indulge on their favorite foods this week so we had a lot of ice cream, popsicles, frozen yogurt, and chocolate donuts!!
Mason refers to these as "No Nuts".....it cracks us up everytime he says it!
I probably had a little more seafood than recommended during pregnancy, but it was just one week and I couldn't resist...the food was delicious :)
I will be craving the Mahi Mahi and crab for weeks to come!
We sang "Skip Skip to My Lou" and practiced Marching for hours on the beach...2 things Mason loves right now, and we had an amazing time!!

I saw your polka dot bathing suit at Kohl's and almost bought it for myself. Great minds think alike!
