His 18 month check-up was this week (WoW!!  18 months really?!?!) and here's a few things about Mason...
He loves to watch Blues Clues and Sesame Street
His favorite song is "The Wheels on the Bus."  We listen to it on repeat and he knows all the hand gestures that go along with the words.  It's really cute to watch him act it out :)
He's putting together 2 words at a time.  I love to hear him say "Hi Momma"
He calls me, my mom, and Reanne "Momma" but it doesn't bother me because he does hear someone call all of us Mom.  He'll figure it out soon enough :)
He calls Josh either Da Da or Ga Ga...not sure where Ga Ga came from but it seems Mason makes up his own little language sometimes.

19.25" head circumference (86%)
Only the most precious smile ever!!!!

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. One last getaway before our kids headed back to school and this one couldn't have been more perfect!  I highly recommend seeing these amazing Falls at least once in your lifetime!  We did all things tourist-y and I wanted to share some of our favorites if you're ever looking to take a trip North. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
