We had a little mishap this morning...
Our day had just begun and I was laying on the bedroom floor "resting" my eyes, while Mason played beside me.  Josh was two feet away getting ready for work...so between the two of us you would think Mason was being supervised while he was playing.
Somehow, mixed in with his toys he found a bottle of my HOT PINK nail polish... I think you know where this is going!
Suddenly, I heard Josh screaming....I then realized disaster had struck our bedroom.

He had decided to paint himself in the process and then dumped the remainder of the polish on our floor!!!!
After this picture was taken, he was given "a good talkin' to" which he sat very seriously through...

It doesn't look like he was phased by my strict lecture...he thought it was great that he got an extra bath that day!!
I think we're in trouble!
Funny thing is...I did this exact thing when I was little.
My mom's comment...she said this while laughing hysterically:
 "Payback is a B_tch!!"

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. One last getaway before our kids headed back to school and this one couldn't have been more perfect!  I highly recommend seeing these amazing Falls at least once in your lifetime!  We did all things tourist-y and I wanted to share some of our favorites if you're ever looking to take a trip North. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
