When I go to work, I'm never sure what I'm going to come home to...

I was working late tonight so Josh was in charge of the bed-time routine...
Once I was home, I walked into Mason's room to kiss him goodnight and saw that Daddy put him to bed in his bathing suit!!!
I think I laughed for a full 5 minutes...actually I am still laughing about this!
When I asked Josh about his choice of jammies, he replied:
  "He was hot, so I put him to bed in a t-shirt." 
 He still doesn't see what the problem is and I guess I should just be thankful for the help!

Josh did me a huge favor on his day off today and did the dreaded weekly chore of grocery shopping! (Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!) As I normally do, I made him a list to be sure he remembered all that we needed...
I put yogurt on the list - without thinking I needed to put exactly how much yogurt we needed...
Well, we now have 24 containers of yogurt taking up an entire shelf in our fridge!!  We'll be eating yogurt for breakfast and lunch for the next week :)
Josh tells me I shouldn't be critical and just be happy he went to the grocery at all....I think I have to agree :)
Just another day in our life!!!

Our Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. Mason and Vince's Mini-Room Makeover.

The boys have been begggging for bunk beds for YEARS -  and to get ready for our next newest addition in November, we finally gave in to their pleas and they're now sharing a room! For not a whole lot of money, I think it turned out super cute.  I'll post the deets here if any of you are looking for a quick remodel for a shared brothers bedroom. The wall I did completely on my own, only using a tape measure, level, and razor blade!!  Originally I had wanted an authentic restored barn wood - but the $1200 price tag made me quickly change my mind.  Instead, I picked this up at Lowe's for less than $1 a square foot.  I had never attempted a project like this at all, but after watching just a few YouTube videos I felt like it was something I could certainly tackle on my own.  I did apply just a thin layer of additional glue before I put each peel 'n stick panel to the wall.  Total cost for this Driftwood Gray weathered wood wall was le...
